How fast do I really get my photos?+
One business day. Target delivery is by noon EST the morning after your shoot. This includes photography, video tours, 3D tours, and 2D floor plans. Virtual staging delivers same day before 5 PM EST.
What does it actually cost?+
Flat, transparent pricing. Most agents pick Pro Photo at $279.99 (45 to 55 photos + drone), the Agent's Choice Bundle at $599.99 (photos + Zillow 3D + cinematic video), or the Luxury Listing Bundle at $1,399.99 (everything). Basic Photo starts at $229.99. No travel fees inside our Erie radius.
Do you cover my area?+
Yes. We cover the City of Erie and the surrounding Northwest PA market including Millcreek, Harborcreek, Fairview, Girard, Lake City, North East, Edinboro, Waterford, Summit Township, and the Presque Isle and bayfront area. Outside our core radius a travel fee applies. 50+ miles is a custom quote.
When do I pay? Can I pay at close?+
Payment is due upon final delivery. The morning after your shoot you get a preview and a payment link. No deposits, no upfront cards. You can also choose Pay at Close through our partner Titus and defer the entire cost until the home sells. Select it at checkout, or on your invoice after your media is delivered. Applying is a soft credit check with no score impact, rates start at 0%, and you qualify for up to 1.5% of the list price. Balance is due at closing, if the listing is canceled, or after six months.
What if I don't love the photos?+
Love your media, or we come back and make it right, free Tell us what's off and Nick comes back and reshoots at no charge. If we still can't make it right, you don't pay. Free reschedules with 24 hours notice, and you never have to be on site. We handle lockbox access and text you when we're done.
